Deposit

A deposit of £50-125 is payable in advance to secure your booking depending on the size of your party.
If you change your mind for any reason deposits are fully refundable up to 6 weeks before your wedding.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.  
The trial payment is payable at the time of the trial.
The deposit will be deducted from the final amount payable for the wedding day. The remaining balance is payable in full directly 6 weeks before the wedding or 48 hours after the trial if the booking is closer to the wedding date. 

Payment

A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.  Once received, sit back and relax knowing that Kim and the wedding date are secured! The deposit is deducted from the wedding day balance. 
The trial payment is payable in cash on the day of the trial or via bank transfer up to 24 hours prior to the trial. Bank transfers on or after the trial or cheques are not accepted. 
The wedding day balance is payable directly to Kim via bank transfer 6 weeks prior to the wedding. 
For enquiries and bookings made within 6 weeks of the wedding date, the final balance is due 48 hours after the trial but no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding. 
For enquiries made in advance of 6 weeks prior to the wedding but where the trial takes place within 6 weeks of the wedding, the final wedding day balance is still required 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
Enquiries and bookings made within 2 weeks of the wedding date requires full balance, less deposit, to be paid directly to Kim within 24 hours of the confirmation being sent. 

Failure or delay to make payments in the time frames stated above may result in the loss of booking with all previous payments made, retained. 

All payments are final.  

If you require a second trial, full trial rate will apply. 
The price agreed at the time of booking is final therefore any increases to our price list will not affect your agreed rate. This includes adding further services onto your booking. 
We do not however offer discounts to the published rates. 

Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable up until 6 weeks before the wedding date or 48 hours after the trial (if the booking was made within 6 weeks of the wedding). The cancellation policy does not apply to weddings made, or trials conducted within 2 weeks of the wedding or where the final balance has already been received. 

Changes to bookings

Availability and your quote is based on the booking size and requirements to hand together with the location and timings stated on your confirmation. Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible.
We aim to accommodate any changes that may occur however if these changes affect Kim’s availability, we may be required to allocate a different stylist. Further trials will be charged in full if required. If another stylist cannot be found, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. The deposit and any trial money paid, will be retained. It is advised to book for the minimum the booking size may be and add onto it later if time permits.
Changes in locations may incur further travel charges. 

Smoking whilst Kim is working is not permitted.

Kim reserves the right to refuse to work if a client is rude or aggressive. In this case we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain all monies paid. 

In the unlikely event that Kim is unable to attend the wedding booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement or all monies paid will be returned.
